BaddieWorks collects only the information needed to respond to enquiries, assess applications, coordinate requested services, secure the website and understand marketing performance where consent is given.

Information we collect

Depending on the form you use, we may collect your name, email address, WhatsApp number, location, company and project information, social-media handles, portfolio links, talent profile, sizing information, experience, availability, content interests and application answers. Advertising attribution such as GCLID or UTM parameters may be stored with a submission. Security systems may process a pseudonymous hash derived from an IP address for abuse prevention.

Why we use it

We use submitted information to respond to product or talent enquiries, assess roster and ambassador applications, prepare or manage an agreed booking, keep necessary business records and protect forms from abuse. An application does not create a representation agreement, employment relationship or guaranteed booking.

Images and portfolio links

Public application forms request links rather than identity documents or banking details. Linked images and content are reviewed only for application and casting purposes unless separate permission is agreed for public promotion.

Cookies and analytics

Analytics and advertising storage default to denied. Google Tag Manager—and any configured analytics or advertising tags—loads only after you choose to accept analytics. Essential storage supports form security and remembers your privacy choice.

Sharing and safeguards

Information is limited to BaddieWorks and service providers needed to operate the website, communications, records and confirmed bookings. We do not send names, phone numbers, email addresses or free-text application answers to analytics platforms or public application logs.

Retention

Unconverted enquiries and unsuccessful applications are ordinarily retained for no longer than 12 months, unless a longer period is needed for an active booking, a legal obligation, consented roster consideration or a dispute. You may ask for deletion where legally appropriate.

Your choices

You may request access to information held about you, correction of inaccurate information, deletion where legally appropriate, or withdrawal of optional marketing consent.
